Before After     6 year old boy with severe enlargement of the lower lips due to venous malformation. This is a vascular tissue anomaly and does not resolve on its own. They are usually present at birth and grow slowly as the child grows.  Surgical removal was done resulting in near normal appearance of the lip.   Before After     1 year old with vascular growth (venous malformation) on the forehead. This was surgically removed leaving a barely visible scar.   Before After     20 year old with a disfiguring vascular growth (capillary malformation) on the right side of the face. This was surgically removed and a  piece of skin (skin graft) was applied. The skin graft was taken from the arm.    | BACK TO TOP |
