Before After     20 year old who had the birth mark surgically removed from his left cheek and left lower eyelid. Here an eye shaped piece of skin bearing the birth mark was removed and the skin was approximated with delicate sutures leaving barely visible scar.   Before After     12 years old with a large birth mark(mole) on the left cheek. Here an eye shaped piece of skin bearing the birth mark was removed surgically and the skin approximated with delicate sutures leaving barely  visible mark.   Before After     17 year old with pigmented lesion over the right eyebrow and upper eyelid, present from birth. This pigmented area was excised and skin graft was applied. The skin graft (piece of skin) was taken from the inner aspect of the arm.  Patient is awaiting eyebrow reconstruction.     Before After     56 years old with pigmented lesion on the forehead.this was surgically removed and replaced with a piece of skin (skin graft) taken from the inner arm.         15 year old with a very large birth mark on the back. This was removed surgically  and replaced with skin (skin graft) taken from the thigh. | GO TO TOP |
