ACHIEVEMENTS

  1. Mumbai Top Doc-selected as one of the top Plastic Surgeons in Mumbai. Published in May30th issue of India Today (Mumbai edition) - www.indiatopdocs.com

  2. Coverage in leading newspaper following successful microsurgical replantation of 6 digits in patients who had accidentally severed 8 digits in both hands while at work.

  3. Interviewed on Cosmetic Surgery in leading TV channel – UTV on 25th Novemeber 2008.

  4. Performed highest numbers of Liposuction and body contouring procedures in my institute with several cases of successful mega liposuction (more than 5 liters of fat).

  5. Expertise in total body contouring following massive weight loss due to either dieting or weight loss (bariatric) surgery.

  6. Largest series of Gynaecomastia surgeries.

  7. Successful in the FRCS in plastic surgery exam, which is held jointly by the four “Royal College of Surgeons “ in UK. This is an exit exam taken after completion of 4 years of training in Plastic Surgery in UK. The only plastic surgeon in Mumbai with this qualification.

  1. Trained in the use of "body jet" or water assisted liposuction and micro fat grafting for breast augmentation at Berlin, Germany.

  2. Fellowship under Dr Richard Mladick, Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA & Dr Alan Matarasso at MEETH hospital ,New York, USA, in field of aesthetic surgery particularly liposuction/body contouring and face lift.

  3. Worked as Senior Registrar and Consultant level (5 years)in Plastic Surgery centers in UK and independently performed and taught all spectrum of aesthetic surgery.

  4. Basic plastic surgery training with teaching experience (3 years) at Grant Medical College, Mumbai, India.
